BOSPHORUS PASSAGE : RESTRICTIONS : * A SPECIAL PERMISSION IS REQUIRED FOR ALL TYPES OF VESSELS OVER 299,9 METERS LOA, DAYLIGHT PASSAGE RESTRICTION FOR TANKERS OVER 200 METERS LOA PROSEDURE: Please call Turkeli Control Station by VHF Channel 13, Prior 30 nm to Turkeli Light House, and ask for permission to enter Bosphorus. When you get green light from the Control Station, call also Kavak Pilot by VHF Channel 71 advising your position and stand by on VHF Channel 13/71 till entering the Bosphorus and then switch to VHF Channel 12 till leaving the Strait. Report yourself to Turkeli Control Station by VHF Channel 13 while passing Anadolu Light House. PILOT LADDER : Please prepare pilot ladder on your stb side. If your vessel's free-board exceeds more than 8 meters, please prepare a combination ladder. SANITARY BOAT : For sanitary boat, please have ready at gangway ; - Sanitary card given to you at Dardanelles on your northbound passage - Copies from vessel's tonnage, deratting, register certificates - Two copies of crew list and ship's stamp DARDANELLES PASSAGE : RESTRICTIONS : * A SPECIAL PERMISSION IS REQUIRED FOR ALL TYPES OF VESSELS OVER 299,9 METERS LOA PROSEDURE: Please call Gelibolu Control Station by VHF Channel 11, prior 30 nm to Gelibolu Light House, and ask for permission to enter Dardanelles Strait.
